Hyderabad Sultans brings the grandeur of Nizami banquets to Tracy, California. Our dishes honour recipes carried through generations of Hyderabadi kitchens, where spice was an art, patience was the secret, and every meal was a celebration.
From fiery Chicken 65 and smoky mandi to our signature dum biryani and Qubani ka Meetha, every plate is cooked to be shared with family and friends, in our dining room or at home.
Dum, the old way
Our biryani is layered and sealed under a dough parda, then slow-cooked so the rice and meat steam in their own aroma.
